Vegan Avocado Ice Cream
2 limes, zest, and juice
250 ml full fat coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml Agave syrup

You’ll need: Ice Cream Maker, Blender or Food Processor
You’ll need to start the recipe a day ahead!
- Make sure that all ingredients are cold!
- Using the Food Processor or Blender, puree the meat of the avocado with lime juice and zest.
- Add coconut milk, agave syrup, and vanilla extract to avocado puree and blend until smooth.
- Attach the ice cream maker to the Cooking Chef. Pour in the avocado mixture into the container of the ice cream maker and allow to freeze for about 15 minutes.
