Tropical Coconut Yogurt Popsicle

Ingredients (makes 6 popsicles):

480 coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon native coconut butter
1 ½ tablespoons agave syrup
150 g mango, cut into small pieces
2 passion fruit, only juice without seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Prep.time: 10 minutes

Cooling time: overnight

You’ll need: Hand blender

1. Puree the mango, vanilla extract and the passion fruit juice with a hand blender.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut yogurt, coconut butter, and agave syrup well with a hand blender.

3. Pour a tablespoon of yogurt into each mold then add a tablespoon of fruit puree. Continue layering until molds are filled.

4. Insert popsicle stick and freeze overnight.
