Salmon Mousse with Horseradish and Dill


200g smoked Salmon

200g Philadelphia

100g Sour cream

50g Horseradish cream

1 small shalott

Juice of ½ Zitrone

Fresh Dill


Prep.time: 5 minutes

You’ll need: Food-Processor


  1. Place all ingredients but dill in the food processor, and blend until creamy
  2. Add the dill to the mousse and refrigerate for an hour before serving
