Rocket – Spinach Pesto


20 g  rocket
20 g  spinach
1 garlic clove, chopped
25 g walnuts
20 g Parmesan, finely grated
½ teaspoon of lemon zest
about 75 ml of olive oil

Prep.time: 10 minutes

You’ll need: Spice and herb chopper


1. In a pan, roast walnuts.
2. Add rocket, spinach, garlic, walnuts, lemon zest, parmesan and olive oil in a spice chopper – In 2 portions- and blend.
3. Serve pesto with spaghetti, as a spread or as a filling.
