Rhubarb Clafoutis – Sundays Are For Baking

On Sundays, we usually cook something together with my daughter. It most certainly always includes chocolate, otherwise, it wouldn’t be a dessert for her.  The sweet  Clafoutis is a very soft milk cake, which is best served warm when the inside is still soft, almost liquid. You can combine it with all kinds of fruits, but I like it best with rhubarb.
