Refreshing Cucumber Salad


2 cucumbers

1 shallot

2-3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (I recommend barrique)

1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped

1-2 cloves of garlic

ca. 200 g Greek yogurt

Zest of a lemon

salt and pepper

Preparation: 15 minutes

Attachment: continuous grater



  1. Wash the cucumber and cut thinly.
  2. Mix cucumber and onions in a large bowl.
  3. Mix lemon zest, balsamic vinegar, dill, garlic clove, Greek yogurt, season with salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the yogurt sauce over the cucumbers and onions and serve.
