Especially in cold weather, I like to cook a hearty vegetable ragout It warms heart and soul.
If you or probably your daughter likes unicorns, you should not miss these cute unicorn cupcakes. My daughter just loves them, I personally not so much of a fan of them. It was fun to bake and decorate with Isa though, it made her really happy and that’s what counts.
At Halloween, a pumpkin dessert is a must. This time I made a decadent no-bake pumpkin mousse cake.
One of the best things that can happen to an egg is Pavlova. The other is pudding. The beautiful, delicate Pavlova bears the name of the Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. It is crunchy outside and soft inside. Every bite is a dream.

Finally, the pumpkin season is here. I’m a big fan of these orange beauties. You will see many pumpkin dishes from me this month. I love all kinds of pasty with pumpkin, but this galette is one of my favourite from all. It is deliciously spicy from the Harissa, and the Nigella seeds add something special to the taste. Perfect for Meatless Mondays.
