Lamingtons are a typical Australian dessert, but my grandmother did it more often than I was a little girl. She made the classic chocolate-coconut version that tastes unbelievably fine, but this time I have used a blueberry jam instead of chocolate for dipping. Hmmm, it was amazing.

Muesli Bars On The Go

As soon as the outside temperature rises above 25 ° C, we are constantly on the move. Cycling, swimming, and hiking are on the agenda and we always have the muesli bars in our backpacks. Right now, I’m packing for an on-location shooting. I will be away for a week, and even though I will be photographing food, there will be not much time to eat during the day.
