Quinoa Pudding with Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

200g quinoa

600ml almond milk

maple syrup according to taste

pinch of salt

6-8 Pineapple slices

almond flakes to decorate

Prep.time: 5 Minuten

Cooking time: 25 minutes

You’ll need: Stirring tool

 

  1. Attach stirring tool to Cooking Chef, and set the temperature to 100C
  2. Wash the quinoa in cold water several times and rinse
  3. Add quinoa, almond milk, and salt in the mixing bowl and cook on low speed for 20-25 minutes
  4. When it’s cooked, stir in maple syrup
  5. In the meantime, heat a nonstick pan, and cook pineapple slices on both sides
  6. Serve quinoa pudding with grilled pineapple and almond flakes
