Quinoa Egg Muffins – healthy baking

Ingredients (9 Muffins):

50g Quinoa Flour

4 Eggs

100g Feta Cheese, crumbles

1 tsp Oregano, dried

50g sundried Tomatoes, diced

1 small Onion, diced

1 Garlic clove, minced

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

½ tsp Salt

Prep.time: 5 Minutes

Baking time: 10 Minutes

You’ll need: Balloon whisk


  1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced), and brush muffin forms with olive oil
  2. Attach balloon whisk to the Cooking Chef Gourmet, beat eggs and salt together on high speed
  3. Reduce speed, and add quinoa flour, olive oil, sundried tomatoes, minced garlic and onion. Stir until combined
  4. Spoon batter in the forms and bake for 10 minutes
  5. Serve muffins with fresh salad
