Pickled Radish


3 bunch of radishes

1 onion

ca 500ml water

200ml apple vinegar

1 bay leaf

8 peppercorns

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp chili flakes

1 Tbsp sugar

½ Tbsp salt


Prep.time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

You’ll need: Dicer attachment


  1. Attach the dicer to the kitchen machine, set the speed to level 1
  2. Free the radishes from the greens and feed in the dicer
  3. Cook water, vinegar, spices and onion in a pan for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the radishes in preserving jars and pour over the hot vinegar
  5. Seal the jars immediately and refrigerate
  6. Let it marinate for a couple of days.
