Persimmon – Orange Jam
450g ripe Persimmon, skin removed and diced
Orange juice (3 oranges)
Prep.time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: ca. 15 minutes
You’ll need: Stirring tool
- Add persimmon, sugar and orange juice in the bowl.
- Attach stirring tool, set temperature at 110C.
- On slow speed, cook fruits for 10 minutes, then blend it fine with a hand blender.
- Cook jam for another 5 minutes, than fill it in sterilized jars.
