Persimmon – Orange Jam

Ingredients:

450g ripe Persimmon, skin removed and diced

Orange juice (3 oranges)

180g Sugar

Prep.time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: ca. 15 minutes

You’ll need: Stirring tool

 

  1. Add persimmon, sugar and orange juice in the bowl.
  2. Attach stirring tool, set temperature at 110C.
  3. On slow speed, cook fruits for 10 minutes, then blend it fine with a hand blender.
  4. Cook jam for another 5 minutes, than fill it in sterilized jars.
