I rarely buy canned food, but tuna is an exception. I can not resist a fillet of tuna in olive oil. I like it on a piece of bread, in tomato sauce, as a salad or just eat it with a fork at the kitchen counter right out of the tin. If you think canned tuna is some kind of fast food, then you’re wrong. With a few capers and mayonnaise, you can create a heavenly dip that everyone will die for.
