Mango-Crushed Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

1 mango, chilled

300ml milk (or milk alternatives like coconut, almond, cashew), cold

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

Agave syrup, according to taste

Prep.time: 5 Minuten

You’ll need: Blender

 

  1. Attach blender to Cooking Chef
  2. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces
  3. Put all ingredients in the blender and finely puree
  4. Fill the smoothie into glasses and serve with fresh fruits
