Mango-Coconut Frozen Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 mango
200 ml orange juice
Juice of 1 lime
1-2 teaspoons coconut syrup
20 ml white rum
two handfuls of ice cream
Prep. time: 10 minutes
You’ll need: Blender
- Attach Blender to Cooking Chef.
- Peel the mango, dice it and finely purée with orange juice, lime juice, coconut syrup, rum, and ice.
- Serve with mint and fruits.
