Just like in France – Gluten Free Baguettes
Lockdown. Isolation. The world is standing still. Not so much my oven. This is now the second week we’re locked in the house, leaving only when necessary to fetch fresh groceries. Lock down has doubled the time I spend in the kitchen, because my family is always hungry. Figuring out what to cook twice a day is getting difficult. So from time to time we just sit and eat charcuterie and cheese with baguette just like we did in the French countryside. GF baguette of course. It’s much easier and much more forgiving bread than the GF sourdough bread. So even if you’re not a regular bread baker will have success with this recipe.
I wish you all good health in these difficult times.
