Gazpacho

Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic
1 cucumber
2 bell pepper
500 g tomatoes
1 slice of toasted bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
a little salt and pepper
about 100 ml of water
some tomatoes and cucumbers to decorate

Prep.time: 15 minutes

You’ll need: Food  processor or hand mixer

 

1. Cut the cucumber and bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and dice them.

2. Cut the tomatoes and toasted bread into small pieces and finely puree with olive oil, water, white wine vinegar, garlic cloves, cucumber and pepperoni in a Food Processor.

3. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.

4. Serve with Naan bread.
