Easy as Tuna Dip

Ingredients:

3 canned tuna, natural or in olive oil
ca. 4-6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
juice of ½ lemon
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
ca. 6-8 pieces of caper fruit
salt and pepper

Preparation: 10 minutes

Method:

1. Drain the tuna filets.
2. Add the tuna, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and mayonnaise into the Food Processor and blend well.
3. Season the spread with salt, pepper, and finely chopped caper fruit.
