Cranberry – Peanutbutter Cookies
150 g peanut butter
90 g butter, soft
120 g cane sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
120 g of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
65 grams of dried cranberry
A pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 180 ° C and line with parchment paper.
Add peanut butter, butter, cane sugar, vanilla extract in the mixing bowl whisk with Flexi beater until it forms a dough.
Add egg and mix well.
Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt and knead in the cranberry.
Form small balls, place them on the baking tray and press lightly with a fork.
Bake cookies for about 8-10 minutes and let cool on a grid.
