200g white cabbage

200g red cabbage

1 apple

1 onion

2 tsp Dijon mustard

Juice of a lemon

80g Mayonnaise

150g Greek style Yogurt

Salt and pepper

Prep.time: 10 minutes

You’ll need: Food Processor with shredding disc


  1. Attach the food processor with shredding disc tot he Cooking Chef.
  2. Shred cabbages, apple and onion
  3. In a small bowl, combine mustard, lemon juice, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss dressing into cabbage mixture and chill for a few hours.
