200g white cabbage
200g red cabbage
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Juice of a lemon
150g Greek style Yogurt
Salt and pepper
Prep.time: 10 minutes
You’ll need: Food Processor with shredding disc
- Attach the food processor with shredding disc tot he Cooking Chef.
- Shred cabbages, apple and onion
- In a small bowl, combine mustard, lemon juice, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss dressing into cabbage mixture and chill for a few hours.
