Chorizo-Manchego Tapas
Ingredients
1 pack of storebought puff pastry
350g Chorizo (hard)
200g Manchego
1 big onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp chili
a handful of parsley
1 Tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Prep.time:5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
You’ll need: Dicer attachment, Stirring tool
- Preheat the oven to 180C (fan forced)
- Cut the puff pastry into 9 squares, and gently press the pastry into muffin pan
- Line the pastry with parchment paper and fill with ceramic baking beans
- Bake for about 8 minutes or until the pastry is firm, then remove the beans and cook for about 10 minutes more, until golden brown.
- Attach the dicer to the kitchen machine, set the speed to level 1
- Feed Chorizo and Manchego in the dicer
- Remove dicer, and attach the stirring tool
- Add the olive oil to the mixing bowl, and set the temperature to 100C
- Cook the onion, garlic, spices and chorizo for 3-5 minutes
- Mix the manchégo and fresh parsley with chorizo and serve with puff pastry cups.
