Chorizo-Manchego Tapas


1 pack of storebought puff pastry

350g Chorizo (hard)

200g Manchego

1 big onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp chili

a handful of parsley

1 Tbsp olive oil


Prep.time:5 minutes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

You’ll need: Dicer attachment, Stirring tool


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (fan forced)
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 9 squares, and gently press the pastry into muffin pan
  3. Line the pastry with parchment paper and fill with ceramic baking beans
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes or until the pastry is firm, then remove the beans and cook for about 10 minutes more, until golden brown.
  5. Attach the dicer to the kitchen machine, set the speed to level 1
  6. Feed Chorizo and Manchego in the dicer
  7. Remove dicer, and attach the stirring tool
  8. Add the olive oil to the mixing bowl, and set the temperature to 100C
  9. Cook the onion, garlic, spices and chorizo for 3-5 minutes
  10. Mix the manchégo and fresh parsley with chorizo and serve with puff pastry cups.
