Chocolate Mousse For Everybody

The Day of Chocolate is just around the corner. I wish they would make this day an official holiday. When chocolate, I favor definitely the dark chocolate. When I was a child, I always chose the vanilla flavored sweets, and about a decade ago it changed, and I became a huge fan of dark chocolate.

I especially like to make the chocolate mousse, with 100% dark chocolate and just with eggs to make it fluffy.  The mousse has a very heavy and concentrated chocolate taste. It is definitely made for chocolate lovers. This time I have also added a little bit of unexpected crunch to the mousse, in the form of the Kambly Rocher aux Amandes. It was a perfect match.
