Chickpeas Wraps with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

Wrap:

120 g chickpea flour

ca. 300 ml water

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ground

a pinch of cumin

a pinch of salt

Filling:

1 bell pepper

1 zucchini

1 onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

a pinch of salt

Serve with garlic yogurt and Tabasco sauce

Prep.time: 60 minutes

Cookking time: 8 minutes pro wrap

You’ll need: food processor, stirring tool

 

Method:

  1.  Mix chickpeas flour, water, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin and salt in food processor. Cover and set aside for 45 minutes.
  2. Attach stirring tool to Cooking Chef and set the temperature to 100 ° C.
  3. Add olive oil, vegetables and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, brown on both sides and serve with vegetables, garlic yogurt and tabasco.
