The Best Chocolate Sorbet Ever
500 ml water
100 g dark chocolate
180 g sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep.time: 20 minutes
Cooling time: min. 1 hour
You’ll need: Ice cream maker, K-Beater
IMPORTANT: Place the Ice Maker in the freezer 24 hours before use.
- Add the chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar, water, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.
- Set temperature at 80 ° C, attach the K-Beater and at low-speed cook mixture until the chocolate melts.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool.
- Attach the ice cream maker, and on lowest speed, slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl, and mix until it is frozen but creamy.
