Artichoke-Feta Dip


204 g canned artichoke hearts

100 g Feta

100 g Philadelphia

1 garlic clove

lemon zest

2 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

fresh parsley to decorate

Cooking time: 0 minutes

You’ll need: Food Processor


  1. Put all ingredients in the food processor, and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon the dip in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Serve with parsley, fresh bread, and crackers.
