A New Beginning
I am not new to blogging. Several years ago, as I was searching for myself, I found comfort in baking, and started to write a food blog. As my passion for food turned into my profession, I had less and less time to nurture my blog, so I gave up on it. I had enough cooking and recipe writing for clients. It suited me, and felt lucky that I am able to do what I really like. And you know what they say, – If you do what you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.
A few months ago I woke up with the feeling that something is missing. It took me a while to figure out what it actually meant, what my heart was longing for. And then it hit me. I needed to create something again, a safe haven, a blog, where I am free to share the stories, recipes, projects that I create. A virtual kitchen where I can invite you all, to sit at the table with me and my family, to share stories, the flavors of season, and to join me on this culinary journey. And so was Flavor Diary born.
